The first completely unofficial reunion. Unauthorized. Strictly non-SOX-compliant. We don’t ask for permission, we ask for forgiveness.

Not in Greece. But in a castle, we build in the sky and in the sand, back home, on our island.

Not only to wallow in old memories but to create new ones. Dipping into the waters of the source deep down which unites us much more than the world can separate us.

No bullshit. No sushi at the pool. Raw. Chaotic. Self-reliant. Self-Organized. Hike Sardegna Style.

But also Love. Lots of it. Music. Food. Space. Inspiration. Connection. Belonging.

You contributed at one point or are still contributing, you can be part. You get there. We will have a place for your tent and take care of the rest. Zero cost involved.

But we expect you to bring in yourself fully. This is not a luxury retreat. We co-create this together to make it an amazing experience for everyone. Of course, there will be a party, but there will be lots of quieter moments of exchange and reflection as well:

re-link – This is a chance to reconnect with people that were dear to you but you did not get the chance to meet for a long time.

fuel – We gave each other energy, our memories were nurturing us. Let’s take the time to refuel with all that good stuff we were missing for a while.

inspire – We had new experiences, lived new adventures, and gained new perspectives. Let us tell the new stories as well. How they transformed us, what we learned, and how we integrated them.

create – We see the potential. So what new things can we put into this world? Let’s cooperate and define what we want to take away from this.

unite – Let’s find our common rhythm as well. Feel unity. Overcome what separates us on the dance floor and beyond. This is just a moment in time, but the only moment that counts.

transcend – Let’s make sure to leave with more than we came. With new memories and stronger bonds. With more clarity about what we collectively still share.

It can be only 500 of us. So decide quickly. This will happen only once.

One day baby,we’ll be old
Oh baby, we’ll be old
And think of all the stories
That we could have told!

Frequently asked questions

Who is able to join?

Everybody who worked at the company for an equivalent of at least 1 year. This is independent of your role as a full-time, part-time employee, or freelancer.

Can I get more than one spot (e.g. bring my partner)?

As our space is unfortunately limited you can get only one spot per person. Of course, you can bring your partner if you both worked for the company.

What is the exact location?

We will not share the exact location. We specified that the festival ground will be in the Central/North of the island and if you are around Sant Miquel, Sant Joan or Santa Gertrudis you will not have to go far.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes. You can bring your kids and do not need an additional ticket. Please be aware that the environment is not super kid-friendly. If you are ok with the noise and the inconvenience this is completely fine with us.

Is the flight included?

No. You have to find your way to the island yourself. There will also be no special arrangements.

Is accomodation included?

This will be festival style. The best experience will be building your tent on the beautiful festival grounds so you can be right where it happens. We will take care of sanitary equipment so you can use toilets and showers. If you need a hotel room you will need to take care of yourself.

Update: Due to limited space, you’ll need to cover this yourself. The location will be in the Center/North of the Island. The location itself will not be shared or reachable by car. We will provide several shuttle spots in that area. You will be fine with a place close to Sant Miquel, Sant Joan, or Santa Gertrudis.

We‘re working on getting a preferred deal at a nearby hotel so depending on availability you can stay there.

Do I need to bring food or water?

There will be food and drinks for everybody for the weekend. Still, if you arrive early on Thursday,  there might not be food and drinks available the whole time, so make sure that you are self-sufficient. In general it does not hurt to bring some drinking water yourself in a bottel to carry it with you.

Will there be transfers from the airport?

Yes, there will be regular transfers from the airport. But plan in waiting times. The exact location will be shared with you before.

Will there be shuttles from my hotel?

No there will not be shuttles organized directly from your hotel. But there will be meeting points across the Central North of the Island from which regular transfers to the festival ground will be organized. We will let you know the times before the event.

Can I bring my camper van or park my car on the festival grounds?

No. There will be no space on the festival grounds but you will have parking spaces and there will be continuous transfers from there to the festival.

How can I contribute?

We aim to have a co-created day program and would love you to participate. Depending on your field of expertise you could e.g. offer a workshop that might be entertaining and helpful for the other participants. Be creative. Even facilitating an exchange on a topic that you find interesting could be a great contribution.  We will have three locations on the festival ground that would allow groups to be hostet. But you can also go rogue and do something with a smaller group around your tent.

Can I support in the organization?

Yes, we need a lot of brains and hands in preparation right now, but even more on site. You will be able to steer the intensity of it. So it will not mean for anybody not to be able to enjoy the event. You can indicate that you want to volunteer and we will contact you afterwards.
